| 1. All pictures, text and
information found at this web site (house-maps.com) or any customer’s
web site provided through house-maps.com is the property house-maps.com
and its customer.
2. Copying and/or transferring any pictures, text or information from
house-maps.com and its customer’s sites without permission from
house-maps.com and its customer is a violation of copyright law.
3. Final approval of web sites, brochures or any other media provided
by House-Maps.com is due within 5 business days of approval request. No
response for approval request within 5 business days will be considered
an approval and payment will be due.
4. Standard payment is due within 10 business days after final written
approval by hard copy or email and will be considered a binding contract.
5. Web sites will be turned off if payment is not received within 10 business
days of final approval. They will be reactivated as soon as payment is
received.
6. Delay of payment until after a property is sold will automatically
activate a Post Payment contract and will add 20% to the total cost of
the original and/or implied contract.
7. Property web sites provided by House-Maps.com will remain active for
the duration of the original listing. House-Maps.com should be contacted
as soon as possible after the property is sold and/or the web site is
no longer required.
8. Transferring an account to another person is permitted only after payment
for the original account is received. There will be a minimum charge of
$50 for changing information on your web site for the purpose accommodating
a new account owner.
9. *The Post Payment Option will add 20% to the final standard price.
Payment will be due within 10 business days after the property is sold.
A separate Post Payment Option contract will be signed by hard copy only
and will be considered a binding contract.
10. *All pictures, text and information contained in a web site or hard
copy provided by house-maps.com is the property of house-maps.com while
the Post Payment Option is in effect. Using or transferring any of the
above mentioned material and information for any other use is not permitted
and would be considered a violation of copyright law.
11. * Post Payment accounts are not transferable.
12. *A Post Payment account must be paid in full even if the property
is not sold and is taken off the market.
